Cally Blake BSc (Hons), BASRaT Reg, BACPR. Has currently 15 years experience in the 'trade' as a Sports Rehabilitator, developing and honing her skills as a Health Professional along the way.
She has a plethora of anecdotes and life lessons from her time working with high level athletes, military personnel, and everyday members of the public, and from these people she has built her knowledge and experiences along the way.
Cally has a varied athletic background; competing in Swimming from a young age, progressing in to triathlon, mountain biking, body boarding, snowboarding and ultimately CrossFit, her love for sport has ultimately manipulated her career path, and academic interests.

One day she may even finish her MSc in Mental Health Sciences she started 3 years ago :-)

Janine has been a Personal Trainer for 23 years! and trained in California under the tutelage of Tom Platz in 1999 (look him up, he's awesome).

Janine also started her kickboxing career in California, which she knew when she returned to the UK she needed to pursue. 
The last 23 years has seen Janine embark on an educational journey where she looks to challenge and stay current with all the training needs and wealth of information for the variety of clients that come her way. 
Janine has also proven as an athlete she can turn her hand to most sports and succeed to the top level.
